These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and suster123 (referred to herein as "suster123", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), accessible at https://suster123.cam (the "Website").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, depositing funds to, or placing any wager through the suster123 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any future amendments. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by suster123, including but not limited to: live casino games, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and international football markets), slot games, instant win games, crash games, lottery-style games, and any bonus or promotional offerings made available to registered users.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on suster123, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You will maintain only one (1) registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. You agree to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your account tenure.

Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on suster123. Upon discovering duplicate accounts, suster123 reserves the right to close all additional accounts and to withhold any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts. In cases of suspected fraud, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. suster123 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify suster123 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. You may contact our support team via the live chat function available on the platform at any time.

suster123 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any existing Account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, including in circumstances where suster123 has reason to believe that a User is in breach of these Terms.

suster123 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and FPX bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT TRC20 are also accepted and credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for fiat payment methods. For USDT TRC20, the minimum is USDT 20. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment method caps may apply as set by the respective payment service providers.

• Deposits are for the purpose of funding your suster123 Account to participate in gaming activities only.
• suster123 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment service provider may apply charges independently.
• All deposited funds must be from sources that belong to the Account holder. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• suster123 reserves the right to request verification of the funding source for any deposit at any time.
• Deposits made in error may not be refundable if wagering has commenced. Contact support immediately in such circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by verified Account holders whose KYC documentation has been fully approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. suster123 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply independent charges.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. In circumstances where this is not possible, suster123 will process the withdrawal via an alternate verified method.

• e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank): typically processed within 1–3 business hours.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals: credited after 1–2 blockchain confirmations, typically 15–60 minutes.
• Withdrawals in excess of RM10,000 may be subject to enhanced due diligence review and may take up to 3 business days.

suster123 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, esports bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions on suster123 are as follows:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, and per device/IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire upon the stated deadline.
• suster123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing bets with a low house edge in order to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the gaming context for which they are issued.
• The 288% Magnificent bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement. The 100% Standard bonus carries a 10x requirement. The 188% Esports bonus carries an 18x requirement. Specific conditions for each offer are published on the relevant promotions page.

All bets placed on suster123 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product category. By placing a bet, the User accepts all applicable game rules and suster123's determination of the outcome of any bet as final and binding.

Regarding sports betting, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other markets offered on suster123, all results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant sporting governing body. In the event of any technical issue during a live bet, suster123 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

• Minimum bet amounts are as specified per game or market and are subject to change.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed and accepted by the system.
• suster123 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or maximum payout for any User, game, or market at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any wager, suster123's determination shall be final, subject to the formal complaints process described in the governing license conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the suster123 platform. Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and may result in legal action being taken against the User:

• Creating multiple Accounts for any reason, including for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game, betting market, or bonus system.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or system feature.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity, or using suster123 for the purposes of money laundering.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or via VPN, proxy, or other masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent identity verification process.
• Sharing your Account with, or allowing any third party to use or access your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward any member of the suster123 support team or other users.

suster123 is required by its gaming license and applicable anti-money laundering obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered Account holders. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be processed. suster123 also reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of an Account's lifecycle, including at the time of registration.

The following documents are typically required for KYC completion:

• Proof of Identity: a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), Driver's License, or international Passport — showing full name, date of birth, and photograph clearly.
• Proof of Address: a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and current address.
• Selfie Verification: a photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face.
• Source of Funds documentation may be requested for high-value transactions at suster123's discretion.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of a complete and satisfactory document submission. Accounts will remain playable during the KYC review period; however, withdrawals will not be processed until verification is confirmed.

suster123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately and can only be reduced (not increased) for a minimum of 48 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content; use suster123's trademarks or brand assets in any context; or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, suster123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

suster123 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, and third-party payment provider outages may occasionally affect platform availability. suster123 shall not be liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the suster123 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in your Account after satisfying all outstanding wagering requirements will be refunded to your verified payment method.

suster123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the User has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent activity; provided false identity information; or used the platform in a manner that exposes suster123 or its partners to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In such circumstances, suster123 may withhold all associated funds pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under suster123's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to suster123's formal internal complaints process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through suster123's internal complaints process within thirty (30) days of the complaint being formally lodged, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by the relevant gaming licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect the party's rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
